"I started my career in the field as a technician, working hands-on with asbestos and environmental remediation projects. Day by day, job by job, I learned the work the right way — following proper procedures, respecting safety standards, and understanding the responsibility that comes with protecting people’s homes and health.

Over time, I worked my way into operating and managing projects, gaining firsthand experience not just in how the work is done, but in how it should be done. That experience shaped the values behind DEKON: integrity, honesty, and accountability.

Today, as the owner, I bring that same field-first mindset to every project. We don’t cut corners, oversell services, or compromise safety. We believe in clear communication, fair pricing, and doing what’s right — even when no one is watching.
